Mission Statement:

The Journey Church is a place where truth is discovered, compassion is demonstrated, and relationships are developed through relevant Bible teaching, care for a hurting world, and strategic opportunities for building community.

At The Journey Church, we believe that the following three core values are deeply important in our spiritual lives.

Discovering Truth – The Journey is committed to revealing truth by transformational revelation through God's Word. Truth will be uncovered whether through preaching, teaching, worship, discipleship, together as a group, or individually. We will strive to seek to discover Biblical truth.

Demonstrating Compassion - In a world filled with hurting people, The Journey Church will demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ. This will be expressed by authentic servanthood, acts of kindness, visitation programs, and a prayerful commitment to see lives changed through the power of caring and loving our neighbors as ourselves.

Developing Relationships - The Journey is much more than just a group of people who meet on Sunday mornings; we are family. We believe in living transparent, authentic lives growing together in our walk with our Lord Jesus and each other. Following the principles laid out in Romans 12, we will work together as a body, love sincerely, rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn. Our goal will be to help each person reach their full potential in every relationship on earth and with their Father in heaven.

The Journey Church is a Fellowship of the Assemblies of God that welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. The Journey is associated with the world's largest Pentecostal denomination-the 32 million-member Assemblies of God cooperative fellowship. The Journey Church believes that truth is found in Jesus Christ as communicated in the Bible. People can discover their true identity when Jesus Christ is their Savior and Lord.
